Agent States

Agents have three states:

Best Practice

Keep agents in Draft state while setting them up. Switch to Active only when fully configured and tested.

Lead Tracking

PropPilot tracks unique leads - individual contacts who interact with your agent. A lead is counted once per month, regardless of how many messages they send or which channels they use.

Your plan determines how many leads you can engage monthly. Check your plan details for specific limits.
