Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your home base in PropPilot. It gives you a quick overview of your AI agents, conversations, and team activity.

The sidebar on the left provides access to all PropPilot features:

Dashboard Sections

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see four key metrics:

  1. Active Agents - Number of AI agents currently deployed
  2. Sessions This Month - Total conversations handled
  3. Knowledge Docs - Documents in your knowledge base
  4. Team Members - Active users in your organization

Usage Overview

A summary of your current usage against plan limits:

  • Messages processed this month
  • Average response time
  • Success rate percentage

Recent Activity

A feed showing the latest actions in your workspace:

  • Agent created or updated
  • Documents uploaded to knowledge base
  • Team members joined
  • Conversations started

Each activity shows:

  • What happened
  • Who did it
  • When it occurred

Quick Actions

Buttons for common tasks:

  • Create Agent - Start building a new AI agent
  • Upload Document - Add to your knowledge base
  • View Inbox - Jump to conversations

Switching Organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations:

  1. Click your organization name in the sidebar (bottom left)
  2. Select a different organization from the dropdown
  3. The dashboard will refresh with that organization's data

Customizing Your Experience

Theme

Switch between light and dark mode:

  1. Go to SettingsAppearance
  2. Choose Light, Dark, or System (matches your device)

Language

Change the interface language:

  1. Go to SettingsAppearance
  2. Select English, Spanish, or Arabic

Timezone

Set your timezone for accurate scheduling:

  1. Go to SettingsAppearance
  2. Select your timezone from the dropdown
