Proactive Leads allows you to reach out to potential customers first, rather than waiting for them to contact you. Import leads and let your AI agent engage them via WhatsApp HSM templates or email.
What are Proactive Leads?
Traditional flow:
Customer contacts you → AI Agent responds
Proactive flow:
You import leads → AI Agent reaches out first → Customer engages
This turns your AI agent from reactive to proactive, enabling:

Prerequisites
Before using Proactive Leads:
- ✅ Professional or Platinum plan

Accessing Proactive Leads
- Click Proactive Leads in the sidebar
- You'll see three main tabs:
- Leads - View and manage imported leads
- Lead Sources - Configure where leads come from
- HSM Templates - Manage WhatsApp message templates
How It Works
Step 1: Configure Lead Sources
Define where your leads come from:
- Landing page forms
- CRM systems
- Partner referrals
- Manual imports
Step 2: Import Leads
Add leads via:
- CSV upload
- Direct API
- Manual entry
Step 3: Set Up Templates
Create or configure:
- WhatsApp HSM templates (requires Meta approval)
- Email templates
Step 4: Launch Outreach
Select leads and:

- Select template
- Schedule or send immediately

- Conversation appears in Inbox
