Onboarding Wizard
After verifying your email, PropPilot guides you through a 4-step onboarding process to set up your workspace.
Step 1: Complete Your Profile
Start by telling us about yourself:

You can change your language preference anytime in Settings → Appearance.
Step 2: Create Your Organization
Set up your organization (also called a "tenant" or "workspace"):

The URL identifier becomes part of your workspace URL and must be:
- Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
- Unique across all PropPilot organizations
- Between 3-50 characters
Step 3: Select Your Plan
Choose the subscription plan that fits your needs. All plans include a 15-day free trial with no credit card required.

Regional Pricing
PropPilot offers localized pricing based on your country. Prices are displayed in your local currency during plan selection.
All plans include a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you can upgrade to continue using PropPilot.
Step 4: Setup Progress
The final step shows real-time progress as PropPilot prepares your workspace:
- Creating your organization - Setting up your tenant and subscription
- Setting up Chatbot - Provisioning your messaging platform
- Preparing your dashboard - Configuring your workspace
You'll see a summary of your selections:
- Organization name
- Selected plan
- Team size
Once all steps complete successfully, you'll see a confirmation message and be automatically redirected to your dashboard.
The setup process typically takes just a few seconds. If any step fails, you'll see an error message with options to retry.
Accepting an Invitation
If you received an invitation to join an existing organization:
- Click the invitation link in your email
- Create your account (or sign in if you already have one)
- Set your password
- You'll be added to the organization with the role assigned by the admin
When joining via invitation, you skip Steps 2 and 3 (organization and plan selection) since you're joining an existing workspace.
