Creating Your Account
Get started with PropPilot by creating your account. The process takes just a few minutes.
Prerequisites
- A valid email address
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
Sign Up Process
Step 1: Visit the Sign Up Page
Navigate to app.proppilot.ai and click Sign Up or Get Started.
Step 2: Enter Your Details
Fill in the registration form with:
- Email address - Use a business email for best results
- Password - Must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers
Choose a strong password that you don't use on other sites. PropPilot supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
After submitting the form:
- Check your email inbox for a verification message from PropPilot
- Click the Verify Email link in the message
- You'll be redirected to PropPilot to continue setup
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Request a new verification email from the login page
Step 4: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)
For enhanced security, we recommend enabling 2FA:
- Go to Settings → Profile
- Click Enable MFA
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
What's Next?
After verifying your email, you'll be guided through the onboarding wizard to:
- Complete your profile
- Create your organization
- Select a subscription plan

Signed Up by a Sales Representative?
If a PropPilot sales representative created your account for you, the process is shorter:
- You'll receive an email with the subject Welcome to PropPilot that invites you to set a password.
- Click the link in the email and choose a strong password.
- On the next screen you'll see a short welcome page with your workspace name, subscription plan, and the name of the sales representative who signed you up. These details are already set for you and cannot be changed here.
- Enter or confirm your full name and choose your interface language (English, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese). If your sales representative already filled in your name, it appears pre-filled and you can edit it before continuing.
- Click Enter workspace to access your account.
You won't need to pick a plan, enter company details, or invite teammates as part of this flow — your workspace is ready to use immediately. You can still adjust your profile, change your interface language, or invite team members from Settings at any time.
If the workspace name, plan, or any other detail on the welcome page is incorrect, contact your sales representative before continuing. They can update the details and resend you a fresh activation email.
