Creating Your Account

Get started with PropPilot by creating your account. The process takes just a few minutes.

Prerequisites​

  • A valid email address
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Sign Up Process​

Step 1: Visit the Sign Up Page​

Navigate to www.proppilot.ai and click Sign Up or Get Started.

Step 2: Enter Your Details​

Fill in the registration form with:

  • Email address - Use a business email for best results
  • Password - Must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers
Strong Password

Choose a strong password that you don't use on other sites. PropPilot supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.

Step 3: Verify Your Email​

After submitting the form:

  1. Check your email inbox for a verification message from PropPilot
  2. Click the Verify Email link in the message
  3. You'll be redirected to PropPilot to continue setup
Email Not Received?
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Request a new verification email from the login page

Step 4: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)​

For enhanced security, we recommend enabling 2FA:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Click Enable MFA
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm

What's Next?​

After verifying your email, you'll be guided through the onboarding wizard to:

  • Complete your profile
  • Create your organization
  • Select a subscription plan
